Nicholas G. Padilla
INVT
Bitter Babe

Anyone who's been there knows Miami is a vibe.
But beyond the big cultural moments that draw crowds like Art Basel, Ultra, and next week's Consensus there's a dedicated scene built by people who actually live there. Artists, producers, DJs, independent spaces, the kind of culture that doesn't make the tourist map but makes the city worth coming back to.
When we first showed up in Miami back in 2022, we asked three of those people to show us their city: Nicholas G. Padilla, founder of Miami Community Radio, and musical phenoms INVT and the now Paris-based Bitter Babe. This Miami map inspired our thinking for years to come: the people making culture know about the places we want to check out, the places we want to support.
