Below, Chris shares a few spots in Denver that reflect the city’s art and cultural signals.

City O' City
Great pub food that happens to be vegetarian! Kombucha and great beers on tap. They have a sister resturant Watercourse if you want more vegan choices and a quieter spot.

Leven Deli
Top tier sandwiches. Fresh bread and in house corned beef. On sunny days the crowd pours outside to the picnic tables. Also, it's a great place for a tasty breakfast.

Sarah Sze at Denver Art Museum
a stunning installation, carefully constructed from 300 hand torn paper screens with 6 channels of projection mapped video. The work definitely speaks to the cascade of neverending images online. Also, the museum architecture is just as stunning inside as outside and wandering thru the historic wing can be very inspirational.

Vine Street Pub
For February, Vine Street pub has 10 different stouts on tap, rotating across 30 over the month. It is the perfect time of year for beers that are meals in a glass. The creativity and variety are a real treat, and the food is good as well. About anywhere else, I recommend the local Left Hand Milk Stout.
