Nightmoves
Nightmoves is, quite simply, the best place to dance in New York City. I'm not the club type, at all, but this isn't really a club- its a dance bar, with natural wine, mezcal, amazing cocktails, a light up dance floor, and the best hi-fi soundsystem I've ever heard in my life. Founded as an extension of James Murphy's (LCD Soundsystem) restaurant Four Horseman, the pair of places make the best double-header night in NYC nightlife. Cannot recommend enough!

Sobre Masa
Sobre Masa is a semi-under-the-radar gem in Bushwick's Morgan Ave L train area. From the outside, you don't see much to stop for, but walking down a long hall into the restaurant space you are immediately transported to an Oaxacan mezcaleria with some of the best food in the entire city. The service is 10/10 and you feel like family. I go once a week since it is local and feels like dining in someones home.
